Email on the Internet is not necessarily secure or private, and you should avoid sending information that you would not want disclosed or would find embarrassing. Also, the act of sending e-mail, or my response to it, does not itself create an attorney-client relationship and your e-mail will not be covered by the attorney-client privilege- i.e., it may be disclosed in a court of law and to other persons.
